Lean, capable, and naturally athletic, with the ease and rhythm of someone who actually runs. He should feel like a believable marathon runner: disciplined, durable, and quietly impressive, but not overly sculpted or performatively intense. This is not the glossy fitness-ad version of an athlete. We’re looking for authentic, relatable athleticism: someone who looks like they train consistently, knows their pace, and has logged real miles before most people have finished their coffee.
